Forensic Loan Audit This product will highlight Material Defects in the Origination of a Residential Mortgage Loan. Forensic Loan Audit is designed to uncover Statutory Damages including: TILA, RESPA, HOEPA, ECOA violations which carry a damages claim of $1,000.00 per violation plus Attorney’s Fees. The report will also uncover Gross Overcharge in Origination and Discount points as well as Excessive "Junk Fees" and Loan Officer Compensation. Mortgage Securitization "Bloomberg" Audit This product will include all of the information in the "Mortgage Backed Securities Analysis" and go a step further with Proprietary Software that is designed for this industry. With this report we are able to open up the REMIC (Real Estate Mortgage Investment Conduit) and give Loan Level Data, proving that the loan in question is located in the Trust in question. We are able to identify via a CUSIP Number, how many "Risk Tranches" the loan has been fractionalized into and also show how many of the Tranches have been made whole.
